We are an investment and management company for the entrepreneurial activities of the Tseriotis – Diogenous family which has been creating and operating businesses since 1916. The companies we own, are at various stages of development, from established to early stage companies.
Our primary operating businesses, in which we have both equity and operational control, are Unicars Ltd, a Cyprus-based Mobility provider and Pylones Hellas SA, a Greece based Information Technology Systems and Security Integrator.
Our strategic investments include stakes in Unilever Tseriotis Cyprus Ltd, Unilever PMT Industries Ltd and Tryfon Tseriotis Ltd, all of whom are active in the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Our goal is to create value for our shareholders and in order to do so, beyond actively running our primary operating businesses and providing board level input to our strategic investments. We actively seek and engage in value creating opportunities such as mergers, acquisitions and spin-offs.
We invest in entrepreneurs whose ideas and value systems are consistent with those of our founders. We partner with innovative leaders with unique ideas, strong management teams, and demonstrated ability to help us achieve our strategic goal of maximizing long term return to our shareholders.
